Fixed pumping stations
FIXED PUMPING STATIONS
CEI’s fixed pumping stations can be permanently positioned on jetties, docks, wharves, and ensure continuous cleaning of the water.
CEI stationary pumping stations are:
- EASY TO USE: whether self-service or with a token or badge access control system, the pumping stations are all equipped with a simple control panel with instructions for use. The suction pipes are clearly identified for each type of tributary, thus eliminating the risk of confusion.
- NOISELESS, SILENT: thanks to the nozzle mounted on the water intake pipe, the connection between the ship and the pumping station is completely sealed. CEI pumps are peristaltic: they vacuum, transfer and discharge directly into the port’s sewage system. There is no storage tank, so no smell and no dirt. CEI pumping stations are also completely silent and do not cause discomfort to boaters.
- STRONG: the pumping stations are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel. This material is resistant to environmental aggression and vandalism. The suction pipe is very flexible and resistant to crushing.
No mechanical parts, such as diaphragms or valves, are in contact with the liquids being pumped, ensuring longevity of installation and easy maintenance. CEI pumps are self-priming and can run dry without the risk of system degradation. - HIGH PERFORMANCE: CEI pumping stations can pump up to a distance of 125 m. The pumping height of a loaded water column can be up to 8 m. The maximum pump capacity is 75 l/min and varies depending on site conditions.

CEI Marine’s mobile pumps are just as powerful and robust as their fixed counterparts, but allow them to be moved easily between docks.

Mobile pump ‘Spiro’
MOBILE PUMP “SPIRO”
The SPIRO mobile pump allows waste water from pleasure boats to be collected without having to manoeuvre boats from one point in the harbour to another. In order to have the greatest possible autonomy, this pump is designed to be used either on battery power or by connecting it to a boat via an electric terminal. SPIRO is equipped with a 100-litre tank, a capacity that allows emptying one or more boats at the same time, all directly from the jetty.
The SPIRO mobile wastewater pump is:
- LIGHT: when empty it weighs only 75 kg;
- HANDLE-FREE: its dimensions are small (72 cm long x 40 cm long x 110 cm high) and thanks to its wheels it can be transported anywhere easily and effortlessly;
- HIGH PERFORMANCE: it can suck up 19 litres per minute.
